New "warehouse" offer: Ecomaison launches support to develop recycling of building materials

update March 25, 2025: Ecomaison adapts its offer and now offers financial support

As part of the roll-out of building waste collection points, Ecomaison has designed a new support offer for warehouses, consisting of a financial contribution.

Ecomaison, in partnership with Ecominéro, has launched a new "warehouse" offer for building contractors and businesses, to support the growing recycling of building products and materials (PMCB). It comprises two components: financial and operational support, to encourage the sorting and processing of inert and non-inert waste.

This new offer of support is aimed at craftsmen and companies who hold and sort construction waste on one or more sites owned and managed on their own behalf.

From June 2024 onwards, financial support will be available for inert and non-inert waste, provided it consists of at least two tonnes of wood per year. To benefit, applicants simply need to sign a contract with Ecomaison and send in their supporting documents, so that Ecomaison can reimburse the treatment costs applied to waste processed by waste managers or by an Ecominéro platform.
The reimbursement can apply to six types of material (wood, frame/glass, metal, plastic, gypsum, inert), up to a limit 1 of between 5 and 100 tonnes per year, depending on the latter.
