    • How do I know if I should join Ecomaison?

      Membership of Ecomaison is reserved for Producers/Marketers. To find out if you are a member, please go to the relevant sector page.

    • What is the unique identification number (UID)?

      The IDU, or unique identification number, is proof of your registration with ADEME's National Register of Producers. It is required to market your products in France. When you sign up, Ecomaison takes charge of obtaining this number from ADEME, and gives it to you once it is known, to certify your compliance. The IDU must also be included in your product's general sales conditions (GSC), or any other contractual document. In the event of late registration, it is still necessary to register. Ecomaison will take the necessary steps to provide you with a unique identifier once your product declarations have been regularized retroactively over a 3-year period.
