Collection missions
- Pre-collection: we regularly need containers of various sizes to deposit used items in stores or at waste collection centers.
- Collection: we work with manufacturers of skips or pallet-boxes, which are disposed of at the waste collection centers of the local authorities in our network, or at the distributors and manufacturers we support.
How can I become an Ecomaison partner?
We publish invitations to tender on a regular basis. The scope of our needs, already extensive with the furniture sector, now covers the building, toys, DIY and garden sectors.
For example, we can look for a partner to manufacture containers for small items such as toys, DIY tools, blinds and curtains.

Audit every two years: the right time to take stock
In addition to our exchanges throughout our collaboration, regulations require regular audits of our partners.
This audit generally takes place every two years, and is always carried out by an independent service provider. Its purpose is to ensure compliance with standards at all stages of the waste treatment process. Although its duration depends on the number of contracts in progress, it usually consists of a one-day on-site visit.
When you receive the full report, you can discuss it with your Regional Ecomaison Manager and agree an action plan based on the audit.

The beginning of our partnership

Our extranet enables you to receive all the requests that concern you, from the players involved in waste management in your area.
For example, it's via the extranet that a service provider receives a collection request from a local authority's waste collection center, or that a waste preparation company reports the availability of the agreed volume for the recycling plant.
All our partners and members can also use it to report any anomaly observed at any stage of the waste journey.
Your Ecomaison business is up and running... and so is traceability!
As an eco-organization, we must guarantee reliable data on the volumes of waste we handle. These figures are used to check that recycling and recovery rates are progressing well over the long term, and to guide public policy in meeting environmental objectives.
On a day-to-day basis, this tracking also directly benefits our collaboration and enables you to draw up your invoices. It's simple: every activity carried out for Ecomaison is recorded on our extranet.

To accelerate the roll-out of the PMCB (building products and building materials) recycling chain, Ecomaison is referencing professional waste collection centers on an ongoing basis.
The aim is to offer dedicated collection points for professionals throughout France. Here's how and why you can become a collection point for your business.
Strengthen the network of collection points throughout France
For over 10 years, Ecomaison has been working closely with all the players in every region to ensure that professionals and private individuals have quick and easy access to a collection point.
Today, over 8,600 collection points are listed.
Construction waste collection: a question of know-how
Construction waste has to be sorted according to specific criteria, and not all collection points can accommodate it. That's why Ecomaison calls on you, the professional waste collection centers, whose know-how and expertise in this field are widely recognized.
Collect waste sorted by material
To be eligible, your site must be dedicated exclusively to professionals (craftsmen, construction companies, distributors, etc.). At the drop-off center, you must collect waste sorted into streams:
- Reuse
- Plaster
- Flat glass and frame
- Plastics
- Metals
- Wood
- Mattresses, furniture, DIY and garden items, games and toys, textile decoration items
Ensuring waste traceability
You must also ensure traceability of sorted flows. We provide you with an application to define the remuneration basis for operations based on identified quantities.

Understanding regulations
The regulation on Extended Producer Responsibility for building products and materials (EPR PMCB) was introduced by the AGEC law. These regulations came into force on January 1, 2023.
The stakes are high for building professionals. From now on, their waste can be taken back free of charge. This free service is conditional on the prior sorting of their waste, collected at sites under contract with an approved eco-organization.
