Trade-in conditions for DIY items

• Reprise "1 pour 1

You must offer to take back an equivalent used product free of charge when you buy a
new product, if your sales area is between 200 m² and 400 m² for takeaway sales
and for sales with delivery if your annual sales excluding VAT associated with these products
are less than or equal to €100,000 at the delivery point or collection point.

• 1:1 and 1:0" resumption

If the takeaway sales area is between 400 and 1,000 m², equivalent products may be taken back free of charge, with no obligation to purchase a new product, and only for products whose external dimensions are less than 160 cm and whose transport does not require special equipment. For a surface area greater than 1,000 m², trade-in is unconditional.

Our communication kit enables you to inform your customers of the trade-in conditions, visibly and legibly, at your point of sale or online, before the sale is concluded.
