Trade-in conditions for furniture products

You must offer to take back, free of charge, an equivalent used product when you buy a
new product, if your sales area is between 200 m² and 1000 m² for takeaway sales
and for sales with delivery if your annual sales excluding VAT associated with these products
are less than or equal to €100,000 at the place of delivery or collection point.

• 1 for 0" recovery

Free take-back of equivalent products must be offered, with no obligation to purchase a new product, if the takeaway sales area exceeds 1,000 m².

• Display obligation

Our communication kit enables you to inform your customers of the trade-in conditions, visibly and legibly, at your point of sale or online, before the sale is concluded.
