From July 5 to August 30, 2025, your old toys can make new friends.
This summer, Ecomaison invites you to make vacation rhyme with solidarity. Thanks to a big collection organized in 30 beach clubs in partnership with the Journal de Mickey, everyone can give a second life to used toys and make a concrete gesture towards the circular economy.
On France's beaches, summer is taking on an air of solidarity thanks to Ecomaison. In partnership with Le Journal de Mickey, 30 beach clubs are hosting collection points this summer to give a second life to your used or unused toys. It's a simple, fun and useful operation, designed to raise awareness of reuse among young and old alike.
Operation returns for second year running
Building on the success of the first edition in 2024, Ecomaison is renewing the operation to reach even more families. The number of participating clubs has almost doubled, from 16 to 30, with a clear objective: to anchor the habit of sorting for the benefit of donation and reuse in the daily lives of holidaymakers.

Why take part?
Because 3 out of 10 French people still throw away their toys*. And yet, a cuddly toy, a doll, a board game or a small car can be refurbished and given a new lease of life. With this gesture of solidarity, everyone can contribute to reducing waste and making people happy.
How does it work?
All you have to do is find one of our partner beach clubs on the Côte d'Opale and the Mediterranean, slip your unused toys (excluding electrical and electronic toys) into the Ecomaison terminal, and that's it! Local social economy associations, such as Emmaüs or Rejoué, will then give them a second life or direct them towards recycling with Ecomaison.
A meaningful collection
This year, 10 partner associations will be refurbishing toys for gift or resale at solidarity prices: La Chiffo Aciades, Ecorecyclerie Recyc'La Vie, Emmaüs Bayonne, Emmaüs Côtes d'Armor, Emmaüs Rennes, Jeux Rejoue, Joue-Eco, La Malle à Rejouer, La Recyclerie d'Elne, La Ressourcerie Il Était Deux Fois.
A beautiful chain of solidarity and circular economy that you can join in a simple gesture this summer.
On vacation too, think re-use
Between two sand castles, let's give children a taste for good habits. This collection is also an opportunity to start a conversation about sorting, reusing and donating. Reflexes that, with Ecomaison, become natural.

Not at the beach? You can also give a second life to your toys close to home
Even far from the sea, the gesture counts. With almost 12,000 collection points throughout the country, there's bound to be a place near you to drop off your used toys. Retail outlets, drop-off centers, partner associations... there's no shortage of ways to give them a second life!
