Repair bonuses, certified repairers: at Ecomaison, we make repairs easy!

All about the Ecomaison Repair Bonus

First, let's take a look at what repair means. Repairs involve restoring an object to working order following breakage or breakdown, when the warranty date has passed. Yes, we're talking about a "breakdown" when a chair leg is broken, when the mechanism of a bed base is defective, when the upholstery of a sofa is completely worn out and no longer suitable for sitting on. In short, when your furniture or object can no longer fulfill its function.

What you need to know :

  • The Repair Bonus is a discount applied directly to your bill by your Ecomaison-labeled repairer.
  • You don 't need to provide any documents or proof to your repairer, who will automatically pass on the discount to you.
  • Items eligible for the Repair Bonus are: seating (armchairs, sofas, chairs, benches, stools), bedding (slatted frames, headboards) and cutting and pruning tools used for gardening and DIY.
  • The amount of the Repair Bonus is set by Ecomaison: for seating and bedding, it is calculated according to the work carried out and the size of the item repaired.
