Ecomaison.com accessibility statement

Ecomaison (ecomaison.com) undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

  • To this end, it implements the strategy and actions detailed in its multi-year plan, which is currently being drafted.
  • This accessibility statement applies to the ecomaison.com website.

The site is not compliant with the RGAA (référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité), version 4.1.2, due to the non-compliances and derogations listed below.

The compliance audit, carried out by Warren Walter on February 27, 2025, on a sample of 22 pages, revealed that 37% of RGAA criteria had been met.

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:

  • Some decorative images are not ignored by assistive technologies
  • Some images have no alt attribute and/or no alternative or are irrelevant
  • Some information can only be conveyed by color
  • Some color contrasts between text and background, or between an interface component and background, are not accessible.
  • Some multimedia content has no text transcription 
  • Some multimedia content is not introduced by a title or text passage. 
  • Some tables have undeclared headers that are incorrectly associated with the cells.
  • Some link and button labels are not sufficiently explicit, making it difficult to understand the interface.

  • Some scripts are not compatible with assistive technologies
  • Some scripts cannot be controlled by the keyboard or any other pointing device.
  • Some scripts initiate a context switch and the user is not notified or has no control over it
  • The source code generated for some pages is not valid for the specified document type
  • Some page titles are irrelevant
  • Some language changes are not indicated
  • Some tags are used for presentation purposes
  • Some title hierarchies are not correct
  • The structure of some pages is not correct
  • Some lists are not well structured
  • Some quotations are not well indicated
  • Information presentation is not always controlled by style sheets
  • When style sheets are deactivated, some visible content carrying information disappears
  • Some pages, when zoomed to 200%, have text that becomes illegible.
  • Some pages have misused CSS declarations for background and font colors
  • There are links whose nature is not obvious
  • Some interactive elements do not have a visible focus
  • Some hidden content is visible through assistive technologies
  • Some content provides information based solely on its shape, size or position.
