  • Extend their lifespan: whether it's chairs, bed bases or tools, having them repaired by a professional guarantees you'll be able to enjoy them for a long time to come.
  • Save money: repairs cost less than buying something new.

What items can you have repaired?

Thanks to the network of Ecomaison-certified repairers, the list of items concerned is vast:

  • Seating, armchairs and sofas: fixed, mechanized or electric armchairs, sofas, loungers, stools, benches...
  • Bedding: box springs or without upholstery, fixed, mechanized or motorized slatted frames, fixed, mechanized or motorized slatted frames, upholstered or unupholstered headboards...

Repair Bonus

The Ecomaison Repair Bonus reduces your costs. The independent repairer or your store's repair department, when they have the Ecomaison label, applies it directly. You don't have to do anything extra. The result: you save money and prolong the life of your objects.

"I called on an Ecomaison-labeled repairer because I had six matching chairs and one of them was broken. Repairing it was the ideal solution; I'm a handyman, but this time it was too specific for me."

I was able to take advantage of the Repair Bonus. I would have used this repairer even without it, but I find that for small budgets, it's a good argument. I had the choice between changing my 6 chairs or having one repaired so as not to mismatch them. Given the reasonable price of the repair, it was the better option.

How much does it cost?

What amounts are involved in repairs? Of course, it depends on what needs replacing. On average, repairs to a sofa, armchair or bed base cost around 250 euros. And for repairs eligible for the Repair Bonus, you get a discount of between 30 and 60 euros.

The average cost of reupholstering a chair is between €50 and €120. In this case, the Repair Bonus is €30.

Finally, an Ecomaison-certified repairer can sharpen or resharpen your cutting and pruning tools and deduct the Repair Bonus, which in this case is 2 euros.

"I restore old armchairs and regularly call on Ecomaison-certified repairers, as the frame has to be really solid since it's under a lot of stress. I prefer these professionals for the quality of their work. The Repair Bonus is an extra incentive!
