All about the Ecomaison Repair Bonus

What exactly is the Repair Bonus and how does it work?
Ecomaison gives you all the details.
First, let's take a look at what repair means. Repairs involve restoring an object to working order following breakage or breakdown, when the warranty date has passed. Yes, we're talking about a "breakdown" when a chair leg is broken, when the mechanism of a bed base is defective, when the upholstery of a sofa is completely worn out and no longer suitable for sitting on. In short, when your furniture or object can no longer fulfill its function.
What you need to know :
- The Repair Bonus is a discount applied directly to your bill by your Ecomaison-labeled repairer.
- You don 't need to provide any documents or proof to your repairer, who will automatically pass on the discount to you.
- Items eligible for the Repair Bonus are: seating (armchairs, sofas, chairs, benches, stools), bedding (slatted frames, headboards) and cutting and pruning tools used for gardening and DIY.
- The amount of the Repair Bonus is set by Ecomaison: for seating and bedding, it is calculated according to the work carried out and the size of the item repaired.

Repair, restoration, renovation or makeover, make the difference!
The Repair Bonus applies only to broken furniture and objects no longer covered by a warranty, and is designed to restore them to working order.
If you call in a professional to restore, renovate or relook an old piece of furniture to bring it up to date, give it a makeover with new colors or transform it for a new use... this is not a repair! In this case, the Repair Bonus does not apply.
