Become an Ecomaison partner

Ecomaison coordinates the entire recycling and recovery chain for the various types of products and materials it handles: furnishings, DIY and gardening items, toys and outdoor games, building products and materials. We work with a number of partners, from the organization of collections in stores or at drop-off centers to the recycling of the prepared waste. What if you were one of them?

Which professions are concerned?

Ecomaison works with a wide range of partners at all stages of the waste cycle to ensure that waste is reused, recycled or recovered.

You can work with us to...

  • Pre-collection:

We regularly need containers of various sizes to dispose of used items in stores or at waste collection centers.

  • Collection :

We work with manufacturers of skips or palletboxes, which are available at the local authority waste collection centers in our network, or from the distributors and manufacturers we work with.

  • Sorting :

Our partner sorting centers prepare homogeneous batches for recycling: by material, by size, by re-use potential.

  • Preparation:

We work with specific preparation sites for the different materials covered by our approvals: plastics, iron, mattresses, upholstery and wood, with a view to supplying workable material to plants producing plastic pellets, iron, foam board, particle board, wood-fired boilers or cement works that use upholstery materials as fuel. We are also looking to work with multi-material sites.

  • Transport :

Some partners transport the waste between the collection bins and the sorting centers. Others take care of transporting sorted large volumes to their specific recycling point. These transits are carried out by road, rail or river. For these tasks, we call on waste collection companies, as well as logistics professionals.

  • Reuse:

Our SSE (Social and Solidarity Economy) partners already recycle some of our collected items. Today, innovative companies can also partner with Ecomaison to use these resources, for example in up-cycling, to make new household linen from curtains, or in restoration, to bring old furniture up to date and offer it for sale again.

  • Using waste as fuel

Some waste can be recycled to produce energy. For example, we work with cement plants that use cushioning materials as fuel, or with wood-fired boilers. This use occurs when the maximum number of components in a product has been recycled: at that point, a useful part remains, transformed into Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF). It is this SRF that is an alternative energy source to fossil fuels, particularly for industry.

How can I become a partner?

We publish invitations to tender on a regular basis. The scope of our needs, already extensive with the furniture sector, now covers the building, toy, DIY and garden sectors. For example, we may be looking for a partner to manufacture containers for small items such as toys, DIY tools, blinds and curtains.

To be informed of upcoming tenders, simply register in advance on our dedicated platform.

Whatever the size of your company (from SMEs to large international groups) and whatever your position in the waste management value chain (whether you manufacture and rent containers, or are at the end of the chain, a potential consumer of waste fuels or secondary raw materials), you could be concerned by our calls for tenders. We have an ongoing need for service providers, so don't hesitate to respond!
