Developing recycling capacities and building a circular economy model: RetourMat opens a mattress recycling site in La Cavalerie (Aveyron), with Ecomaison and IKEA

The new site will eventually recycle 750,000 mattresses a year. Some of the recycled foam will go into the manufacture of new IKEA mattresses made from 80% recycled materials: a concrete step towards a circular economy model.

Ceramic objects and packaging: new sorting instructions at the Kerambris waste centre

To give a second life to ceramic products, the Communauté de Commune du Pays Fouesnantais has joined forces with four eco-organizations: Citeo, Ecomaison, Ecominero and Léko. This experiment is a first in France, and involves sorting ceramic objects and equipment for reuse or recycling.
