State-approved Eco-mobilier for recycling building products and materials

On September 30, 2022, Eco-Furniture was approved by the public authorities to organize the collection and recycling of non-hazardous non-inert materials (category 2), as part of the implementation of new regulatory obligations relating to the extended producer responsibility (EPR) provisions for building products and construction materials (PMCB). Manufacturers, distributors and other marketers will be able to join the eco-organization in the next few days to manage the recycling of building products and materials.

Dominique Mignon

This new accreditation is recognition of the skills, professionalism and expertise we have demonstrated in the furniture sector for over ten years. The Board of Directors and our teams are proud of this vote of confidence.

Eco-mobilier becomes ecomaison

A long-standing player in the sorting, collection, reuse and recycling of furnishings and bedding, Eco-mobilier has extended its activities to include DIY and garden items and toys in 2022. With construction products and materials, and soon decorative textiles, Eco-mobilier becomes the first multi-sector, multi-material eco-organization for the home.

Dominique Mignon

As the benchmark eco-organization for the entire world of the home, Eco-mobilier has naturally become ecomaison.

The membership campaign for PMCB manufacturers and distributors will be signed Ecomaison. For several months, the two names will coexist to ensure a smooth transition for members and partners, and optimum continuity of service for all.

Agreement with Ecominéro for a global solution

A cross-cooperation agreement between ecomaison and Ecominéro - approved for category 1 inert materials - has been signed for the recycling of all building products and materials. As a result, ecomaison and Ecominéro will be offering manufacturers and distributors the possibility of joining both categories on their respective platforms.

Dominique Mignon

Providing a regulatory and operational response for both categories, inert and non-inert, is in line with our commitment to offer our members and their distributor customers, both craftsmen and private individuals, comprehensive and straightforward solutions.
