Trade depots to become collection points

Ecomaison opens continuous referencing of professional waste collection centers. The aim is to accelerate the roll-out of the building products and building materials (PMCB) recycling sector. The aim is to provide professionals with dedicated collection points for their waste throughout France. Here's how and why you can become a collection point for professional waste collection centers.

Strengthen the network of collection points throughout France

For more than 10 years, Ecomaison has been working closely with all local players to ensure that professionals and private individuals have quick and easy access to a collection point.

Ecomaison is opening up continuous referencing for professional waste collection centers - which have not previously applied or which already have a contract with Ecomaison - in order to accelerate the deployment of the recycling channel for waste from building products and materials (PMCB).

Reference professional waste collection centers

Ecomaison opens the referencing process for professional waste collection centers, with three application periods:

• Campaign n°1: from November 18, 2024 to December 16, 2024
  The selected sites will be notified for a start of activity between March and April 2025.
• Campaign n°2: from December 17, 2024 to May 31, 2025
  The sites selected will be notified for start-up between September and October 2025.
• Campaign n°3: June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025
  The sites selected will be notified for start-up between March and April 2026.

Once you have submitted your application, the Ecomaison teams will inform you of the outcome. You will then be informed of the next stages in the contractualization and operational implementation process.

This consultation includes a few updates, including :

• deletion of the transport option by the service provider to an Ecomaison site;
• elimination of mattress flow perimeter
• no obligation to apply to the "Others" feed
• upgrading of contract durations and revision terms

Collect waste sorted by material

To be eligible, your site must be dedicated exclusively to professionals (craftsmen, construction companies, distributors, etc.). At the drop-off center, you must offer waste sorted by stream:

• wood,
• plaster without complex,
• scrap metal,
• plastic,
• frames,
• re-use
• other Ecomaison perimeter flows (optional).

Ensuring waste traceability

You must also ensure traceability of sorted flows. We provide you with an application to define the remuneration basis for operations based on identified quantities.

Submit your application easily

Ecomaison provides you with an online platform dedicated to consultations and invitations to tender. Once you've registered, you can easily consult and respond to them.

Once your application has been submitted, the Ecomaison teams will inform you within 4 to 6 weeks of the outcome of your request. You will then be informed of the next stages in the contractualization and operational implementation process.

The contract, signed for one year, is renewable by tacit agreement.
