The product code generator is an Excel-format tool designed for Ecomaison members who market toys and games.
It is used to generate the product codes that will be used when declaring the eco-participation fee for products put on the market in France, from January 1, 2026 onwards.
The product codes and corresponding eco-participation fees will therefore be applied for the first time by Ecomaison members during the Q1 2026 quarterly declaration campaign, starting on April 1, 2026.
