Access to the circular economy for all
Ecomaison, promoting the circular economy for all
The circular economy favors reuse, recycling, repair and the use of recycled materials in the manufacture of new products.
This means promoting virtuous practices in the handling of used products, encouraging repair and reuse, and supporting and stimulating innovation in eco-design, recycling performance and the incorporation of recycled materials.

Circularity: at the heart of your objectives

Circularity: at the heart of your objectives

The user at the heart of the circular economy
In the circular economy, the user is at the center: whether an individual consumer or a professional user, it is the user who buys a new or second-hand product. When the product no longer suits them or becomes faulty, they can choose to repair it or abandon it.
- If he has it repaired, he remains the user.
If you drop it off at an Ecomaison collection point, there are two possible outcomes:
- Either it is in good condition, in which case reuse professionals collect it and sell it to a new user by donating it or reselling it at a fair price.
- Either it is no longer in use, in which case it will be recycled into recycled materials useful for the manufacture of new products, or recovered as energy.
Ecomaison works with all stakeholders
Collection, reuse and recycling are carried out by Ecomaison's various partners. The objects are then sorted, transported and sent for reuse or recycling.
Ecomaison deploys its solutions and services to specialized players and member producers wishing to get involved and take up several circular economy challenges:
- More eco-design for new products
- Closing the recycling loop by incorporating more recycled materials
- Participate in the re-use of products
- Developing a repair offer
These objectives are in line with the AGEC law, which aims to extend the lifespan of products while they can still be used, and to recover materials for re-use in new products.
