Working together
for sustainable innovation
Ecomaison places innovation at the heart of its strategy. Its mission: to offer producers innovative solutions to improve the environmental footprint of their products, while mobilizing all stakeholders to co-design these advances.
Its objective: to connect designers and users to develop solutions that meet real needs.

Innovation at the heart of Ecomaison's business

Since its creation, Ecomaison has always been committed to innovation, recycling materials such as wood, or products that were not previously recycled, such as mattresses.
Today, thanks to Ecomaison, 9 out of 10 mattresses are recovered and over 800,000 tonnes of wood are recycled every year.
We regularly launch calls for "Innovation and Recycling" projects to pursue progress in recycling an ever wider range of products, such as foams, plastics and textiles.

Innovation in every field
Throughout the year, Ecomaison publishes various innovation themes and calls for projects on a dedicated digital platform. Depending on the case, these projects are open to member producers, innovators (from all types of structures) or project leaders specializing in a given subject.
Projects can focus on technical issues, specializing in the recycling of a specific type of material, a new collection solution, a reuse project or a regional project.

Discover examples of innovation themes, both recent and current calls for projects:
- Eco-design
- Collection and service
- Reuse and territories
- Integrating recycled materials into new products
Some projects may be the subject of several sessions, in which case they are reopened or presented as a new project.
