Free take-back of your building waste
You're already used to collecting waste on your building sites. In the past, you used to take it to a collection point, which usually had to be paid for.
Since the entry into force of the regulation on Extended Producer Responsibility for the reuse and recycling of building products and materials (REP PMCB), you can now dispose of waste from your construction sites free of charge at numerous collection points throughout France - provided that your waste is sorted.
All collection points are listed on the OCA Bâtiment website.
Discover our services
Due to the current uncertainties surrounding the restructuring of the REP Bâtiment sector, particularly with regard to its scope, operational procedures, and implementation schedule, we are unable to guarantee the continuity of our "Warehouse" and "Construction Site" offers for craftsmen and building professionals beyond the current framework.
Consequently, these services will end on January 31, 2026. No requests received after this date will be processed.
This decision aims to preserve the economic balance of the sector pending the implementation of a new regulatory framework by the public authorities.
However, we would like to reassure you that our other measures will continue:
- Our free web application to find an Ecomaison partner collection point where you can drop off your sorted construction waste free of charge: wood, metals, plastics, plaster, glass joinery, mineral wool, inert materials.
- The free collection service for glass joinery from your largest construction sites is also maintained.

Our app to simplify the disposal of your sorted construction waste
To facilitate your drop-off at Ecomaison partner collection points, we have developed the ourecycler.ecomaison.com application.
It allows you to :
- save time when dropping off your construction waste at our partner collection points by registering and creating your drop-off vouchers in advance (registration is free but not mandatory);
- identify products and materials to be recycled;
- trace the history of your deposit slips to ensure compliance with the law;
- download sorting instructions.
To simplify the process, we recommend that you register in advance at ourecycler.ecomaison.com (registration is free, but not compulsory).
Take advantage of our special offer on glass joinery
For your larger projects, Ecomaison offers you its network of approved partners for the free collection of your glass joinery, provided that it is intact and secure.
To take advantage of this service, you must first create your deposit slip on our Where to Recycle app and select the site closest to your construction site: access the app
What you need to know about glass windows
Beware of the risk of asbestos in window seals. Read our article on this subject before handing them over to our approved partners: Repossession of glazed joinery: don't be left out in the cold!
Dedicated support for re-use
Because the best waste is the waste we don't produce, Ecomaison offers you an exclusive support service to maximize the environmental benefits of reuse on your construction sites.
After a personalized diagnosis, we help you to make contact with those involved in reuse, advise you of the availability of materials to reclaimers and assist you in finding collection partners.
Examples of reusable products:
- Inert PMCB: bricks, tiles, sanitaryware, etc.
- Non-inert PMCB: bastaings, acoustic panels, glass and non-glass-based joinery, fittings, metal fencing, suspended ceiling tiles, raised access floors...
- Professional furniture: desks, chairs, cupboards...
