We have therefore rethought the entire logistics chain, and are investing to give Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) structures access to a larger, higher-quality pool of products. The used products you take back should be given priority if they are in good condition.

Safe collection of products
Ecomaison collects used products from over 2,600 retailer sites equipped to offer take-back services to their customers.
For SSE structures to be able to benefit from these deposits, it is imperative that the objects are well preserved. Ecomaison can help you organize your collection in the best possible conditions, and put you in touch with local associations who can collect your waste.
Our goal is to direct 10,000 tonnes of furniture to recycling centers.

Ecomaison has created partnerships with digital platforms specialized in second-hand goods - such as Geev or Izidor - to facilitate trade-in by retailers and encourage re-use.
In particular, these partnerships help retailers to estimate the resale price of products, launch a second-hand offer, and ensure the traceability of products taken back and directed towards re-use.

Distributors and manufacturers: Three ways to get involved
Ecomaison offers different ways for you to get involved:
- Become a "Promoter": Your store does not offer repair services, but refers customers to the Ecomaison directory of approved repairers. They choose a repairer near their home. The transaction is between the repairer and the consumer. Promoting the existence of the Repair Bonus has been a regulatory obligation for retailers since July 1, 2024.
- Become a "Prescriber": Your store advises your customers about partner repairers who have the Ecomaison label. Here again, the transaction takes place between the customer and the repairer. Encourage your partners to apply for the Ecomaison label!
- Become a "Certified Repairer": Your store offers the repair service directly. You invoice the repair and give your customers the Repair Bonus. Repairs can be carried out by you or by a subcontractor. Not yet certified? Apply for certification now!

Innovation for Eco-design, Ecomaison's eco-design program
Would you like to benefit from support to boost or accelerate your eco-design approach? Whatever your sector of activity, we launch two calls for eco-design projects a year, in spring and autumn. Winning member companies benefit from our methodological and technical support, through a 6-month pilot project. The aim of this pilot is to study the feasibility of the project before launching it on a larger scale.

Every year, Ecomaison organizes Innovation Day. For 24 hours, members and innovators selected for the quality of their solutions come together. The aim: to exchange ideas and co-construct the answers industries need to meet tomorrow's environmental and regulatory challenges.

Ecomaison has set up a global eco-modulation system for its eco-taxes to reward eco-design initiatives. Rates are modulated according to the recyclability of products, the use of renewable resources and the extension of their useful life.
